Eric has in-depth experience in patent litigation, including patent infringement cases and significant experience in the chemical and biological sectors, including pharmaceutical, food, polymer materials, nano materials, renewable energy, and batteries. Eric also works with startup companies to help them receive government support and certification, such as venture certification from KIBO (Korea Technology Finance Corporation).
