He obtained his medical license in 2007 and practiced as a physician at Asan Medical Center (Seoul), Konkuk University Chungju Hospital, and Gachon University Gil Medical Center (Incheon). After being admitted to the Korean Bar in 2013, he served as an associate at Law Firm Sesŭng and as in-house counsel in the Legal Affairs Team at Asan Medical Center. He has also represented clients in complex medical malpractice cases, both civil and criminal, involving pediatric patient deaths, neurosurgical complications resulting in quadriplegia, psychiatric patient suicides, emergency room deaths, anesthesia- and sedation-related incidents, post-procedural fatalities, and hospital-acquired infections. In addition, he has handled cases involving unlicensed medical practice by clinical support staff and pharmaceutical representatives, among other matters with significant implications for the healthcare industry.

Drawing on his firsthand clinical experience, he provides practical, reliable, and strategically grounded legal solutions. He maintains a 24/7 response system to address urgent on-site issues and is available to travel nationwide without limitation to support clients in time-sensitive situations.
