Seongheon (Paul) Oh is a Partner at OhKims Law. He advises domestic and international clients on a broad spectrum of matters, including corporate advisory, complex civil and criminal litigation, administrative disputes, and regulatory issues.


Paul has developed particular strength in policy and legislative advisory, as well as constitutional law matters, including constitutional petitions. Drawing on his academic background in constitutional law and extensive practical experience, he provides clients with strategic, business-oriented solutions that integrate legal, regulatory, and policy considerations.
